With more than 20 years of playing experience, Jovon Dancy brings a deep understanding of basketball, player development, and talent evaluation. Throughout his playing journey, he has competed alongside and against athletes who went on to play professionally in the United States and overseas, giving him valuable insight into the level required to succeed at the next stage.
As a basketball scout with Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), Jovon helps connect athletes with collegiate and professional opportunities across the globe. His background in scouting and player evaluation allows him to guide athletes with informed, practical advice as they navigate their basketball careers and future pathways.
